This shop began its life in 1947 by my Mom & Dad and called Jenkins Antiques. It was moved to the present location in 1950 and became one of the loveliest shops in the area and perhaps the state. I came to work in 1967 and in 1979 purchased the home and business. The name of the business was changed to its present name of Cross Antiques.
We are general line antique dealers. Our stock is bought directly from the homes and farms of Central Maine. We have a wide variety of antiques and collectibles with an emphasis on china, glassware, jewelry, pottery, stoneware, cut glass, fiesta, nippon, kitchenware, lamps, toys, and dolls. We also stock collectibles such as marbles - toys - toothpick holders - miniture lamps - and much more.
Take the time to visit our shop on your trip to Maine. We are open most days, however, a call ahead is always advised.
